I loved being there, everything was perfect.
A decent size and practical room, the bathroom was clean. The hotel's location was favourable, really close to the speedboat terminal to different islands, harbour, and Mathari Terbit beach where the locals go. Also, Patung Titi Banda was 2 miles away.

The location seemed favourable and perfect down an alley which we did n't feel comfortable with walking down there in the evening. A double room we stayed at was decent sized with functional air con.

I really appreciated the absolutely perfect location of the hotel. The staff were helpful and always there to help. The property was right by the beach and the speedboat terminal to different islands, and the Perama shuttle stop. My room was a decent size and practical.

The room was well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning and a fridge. The location was convenient, with many facilities within walking distance and easy access to taxis or grab rides.
The breakfast portion might not be enough for everyone. It would have been great to have a desk and chair in the room for studying purposes, but this seems to be a common issue in cheaper accommodations in the area.

Everything was perfect from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and practical room. The hotel was placed in the central location down an alley which we did n't feel comfortable with walking down there in the evening. Plus, it was not far from the harbour.

I frequently travel to Indonesia and found the location of this accommodation to be perfect for my needs. It is conveniently situated near the Sanur Perama pick-up location, making it easy for me to use the Perama bus service to get around Bali. Despite being close to the main highway, the hotel is tucked away in a quiet alleyway, ensuring a peaceful stay. The owners, Erwin and his wife, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to store my luggage during my visa run and trip to Lombok. Erwin even personally took me to the Perama stop on his motorbike, making sure I had a smooth departure. The room was clean and equipped with a fridge, a washing tub, and an efficient air conditioning system.
I do recommend this hotel.

Erwin and his family were incredibly welcoming and kind. Spacious and comfortable room with hot water and working AC. Delicious breakfast provided every morning. Great location in a quiet local neighborhood near the beach. Owners were accommodating and helpful, providing recommendations for places to visit.

We got great value for our money at Erwin's Guest Room. The room was spacious and comfy, with hot water in the bathroom and a perfectly working AC. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and boat departures. But what truly made our stay memorable was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, especially Erwin and his family. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time in Bali.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings at Erwin's Guest Room even better would be a wider variety of options.
